Shared Knowledge

As a user, I would like to have shared knowledge within the project module. For instance, when creating a SWOT analysis for a project, the data already entered in the Business Model Canvas (BMC) should automatically be integrated into the SWOT analysis. These entries could be visually highlighted (e.g., using color codes or icons) to indicate that they originate from the BMC.

Benefits:

• Reduces repetitive data entry.

• Improves consistency across analyses.

• Saves time, especially for larger projects.
